Trainers the New Smart Shoe

All things get smartened up eventually, all aspects of clothing and even tea has come full circle to from a posh drink to a common drink to a posh drink again. The latest item to get an expensive make over is the humble trainer, they were once the shoes worn simply by sports men and women and they gradually became a mainstream shoe.

They were incredibly popular in the United States with children at schools and then with the general public but they were never considered to be a shoe that should be worn in a smart setting. For many years trainers were not allowed in clubs and sometimes they are still not allowed in clubs. They are now being made into a smart item that cost hundreds of pounds and are made by a huge range of clothing companies and designer brands.

Y-3 Smart Designer Trainers

Brands are now employing iconic designers to help give them the edge over the other footwear companies. Even companies as successful as Adidas are employing designers like Yohji Yamamoto the famous Japanese designer to create their fantastic Y-3 trainers.

The new shoes from Adidas and Yohji Yamamoto are being sold under the brand Y3 a new label that takes the sport aspect of Adidas and the smart individuality of Yamamoto together to create Y3 trainers that are unique and exciting.

With so many designers making trainers they are becoming more and more acceptable as part of smart clothing, celebrities are wearing them to special events. This new trend means that more and more people are wearing trainers to well dressed events.

Trainers are now a great investment piece to add to any outfit not just a casual look with jeans and a jumper. The range of colours and styles is fantastic these days so there literally is a pair that will suit all manner of styles and fashions.
