Contemporary classic polo – From Lyle & Scott Vintage
A contemporary version of the classic polo shirt from the Lyle & Scott - Vintage line. In a durable superfine cotton jersey stretch 70/30 cotton/poly mix washable at 40o. This one is a cross between a polo shirt and a simon shirt, with two faux flap chest pockets, a slightly longer five button placket with traditional shirt collar and sleeve. All the usual Lyle & Scott Vintage details are there, slimmer block square hem, engraved buttons and the Lyle & Scott gold eagle. A super new style from the Lyle & Scott collection.
With the launch of the Lyle & Scott Vintage line in 2002 the brand has gone from strength to strength, with the distinctive graphic gold eagle logo gracing the backs of many modern celebrity style icons. Inspired by archive material from the 1960's to the 1980's the look is slim cut and spot-on.
White with gold eagle – Contemporary fashion colour
In a classy classic white with the highlight Lyle & Scott golden eagle. A great colour scheme in this casual polo shirt, superb for going out, either to a club bar or restaurant, and works really well with any type of dark denim jeans, either an unwashed blue, black or dark antique denim. Alternately, wear it slightly smarter over some black or grey flat front trousers. Finish the whole look with some black Chelsea boots or some fresh white trainers.
