At Zee & Co. we want you to be fully satisfied every time you purchase from us and even though we inspect every item before an order is shipped, we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item to us for a refund. For your ease we offer several return options.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY:
Any Christmas gift purchases made from Zee & Co Online from 23rd October 2023 until 23rd December 2023 may be returned until 6th January 2024 subject to the normal terms and conditions listed below. Please note that all Zee & Co branches will be unable to accept returns on 26th, 27th or 28th December 2023.
STANDARD RETURNS
If you would like to return your purchase (sale or non-sale) for a refund, simply return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt and enclose either a copy of your original invoice or returns procedure guide (which you will find enclosed within your order).

FREE UK ROYAL MAIL RETURNS
Please complete the details on the Returns Procedure Guide (which you will find enclosed with your order) and return the information with the unwanted item(s). Attach the Royal Mail returns label to the outer packaging of the parcel and drop it into an official UK Post Office. Please click here for full terms and conditions.
If your parcel does not contain a free UK Royal Mail returns label, please contact our Customer Care team to obtain a new one. You can print off a new Returns Procedure Guide here.

Simply take your delivery note or order confirmation and the product you wish to return or exchange to a Zee & Co Branch within 14 days of receipt and inform the sales assistant you purchased the item online. INTERNATIONAL ONLY RETURNS

Once we have received your order at our warehouse it will be inspected to ensure it meets all our returns criteria. Once approved, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. Funds will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5-7 days.
It is extremely important to declare the goods as 'returned for refund goods' on the customs declaration as Zee & Co will not be held liable for any import duties. If this instruction is not carried out, the cost of any customs duties may be deducted from your refund value or the item may be returned back to you at your cost.
