Whilst studying for Architecture, Guillaume Philibert noticed a gap in the market for premium high quality, yet affordable footwear. He recognised a challenging opportunity and began the Amsterdam based brand Filling Pieces in 2009, creating unique trainers that would bridge the gap between high end fashion and streetwear.

The first Filling Pieces collection was then born, with the unique 'Low Top' silhouette, which soon became a favourite.

The collection now includes a range of modern designs that are handmade in Portugal using Italian materials. Although Filling Pieces stay true to their Amsterdam roots, they are inspired by fashion and trends from all around the world, making it a true global brand.
