Attach the Royal Mail returns label to the outer packaging of the parcel and drop it into an official UK Post Office. Please click here for full terms and conditions.

Once we have received your order at our warehouse it will be inspected to ensure it meets all our returns criteria. Once approved, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund. Funds will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5-7 days.
It is extremely important to declare the goods as 'returned for refund goods' on the customs declaration as Zee & Co will not be held liable for any import duties. If this instruction is not carried out, the cost of any customs duties may be deducted from your refund value or the item may be returned back to you at your cost.
