Taxes & Duties
- Due to Covid-19 some of our services have been impacted. Therefore, some deliveries may take a little longer than normal. Check your tracking number for the latest delivery information.
- VAT stands for Value added tax. The current UK rate is 20% which is applicable on all UK orders.
- For the following countries, duties and taxes are included within the product prices - EU, Australia, New Zealand and Norway.
- For the following countries, duties are included within the product price and taxes are paid by the customer at checkout - Canada and United States.
- For the following countries, the customer has the option to pay duties and taxes at the checkout or on arrival - All other countries not mentioned above.
- Goods shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import tax which you are responsible for where these costs apply. If customs charges are not paid at checkout and do apply, you will be contacted to let you know the cost. Until the customs charges have been paid, your goods may be held by customs as it is your responsibility to pay any local authority charges to release the goods. If they are not paid within a given timeframe, please be aware your goods may be destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

- Please note that we are unable to dispatch any liquid items outside of the UK.
